I'm Stefan Kelderman. Not born into wealth, not blessed with an easy start, but shaped by the hard knocks of life. My story is one of struggle, of falling, getting back up, having nothing, and building everything from the ground up.

I’ve seen it all: grew up in tough circumstances, divorced parents, moved around constantly, became a father at a young age, and with my wife, who still stands by my side, we built everything from scratch. I was kicked out by my parents, fell into debt, and had to rely on the food bank. The Dutch childcare benefits scandal dragged me down even further. I lost more than money, I lost trust in the system.But I refused to be broken.

There was a time I had to survive on the streets. Not because I wanted to, but because I had no choice. That’s where I learned what real sales is, the art of persuasion, reading people, creating value where there seemed to be none. Those lessons, that raw street wisdom, still shape the way I do business today.

And I turned it around. I pulled myself out of that situation and started over. Launched businesses, failed, learned, and kept going. Not once, not twice, but over and over again. Every failure was a step closer to success. Now here I am, with multiple companies, an internationally operating Growth & AI agency, and a team of 15 strong. From nothing to building my own version of happiness and success. Not because it was easy, but because I refused to give up.

Through experience, I’ve learned how to turn rejection into opportunity and how the right mindset can transform results. My approach to sales training is practical, effective, and grounded in real-life lessons: I help others close deals, grow their business, and achieve success.

Speaker

Speaking is about more than just words, it’s about impact, connection, and authenticity. My journey has taught me that powerful stories and real-life experiences can inspire and motivate others. Whether on stage or in a small room, I believe in purposeful speaking: sharing lessons from my struggles and empowering people to take action.

Real influence comes from honesty, passion, and the ability to turn personal challenges into lessons others can learn from.

I'm available, but not for everyone. I only close high-ticket deals of €100,000 and up.

No cold calling, no spray and pray, just strategic closing at the highest level.

Think million-euro projects, investment deals, or complex B2B trajectories where every word counts.

I decide if I say yes.
And I decide the fee.
Because if I step in, we close. Period.

Ondernemen

Ondernemerschap is meer dan alleen het starten van een bedrijf: het gaat over veerkracht, doorzettingsvermogen en het vermogen om tegenslagen om te zetten in kansen. Mijn reis was allesbehalve eenvoudig, maar elke uitdaging heeft mij gevormd tot de ondernemer die ik vandaag ben. Van niets hebben tot alles bouwen: ik heb geleerd dat succes voortkomt uit hard werken, aanpassingsvermogen en een onwankelbaar geloof in je visie. Het gaat erom dat je vooruitgaat als de kansen tegen je zijn en dat de omstandigheden je toekomst nooit laten bepalen.

Sales training

Verkooptraining is meer dan alleen leren verkopen: het gaat om het beheersen van communicatie, het begrijpen van mensen en het opbouwen van vertrouwen. Ik weet uit de eerste hand dat succes in de verkoop niet over geluk gaat; het gaat over vaardigheden, strategie en vertrouwen. Door ervaring heb ik geleerd hoe je afwijzing kunt omzetten in kansen en hoe de juiste mentaliteit resultaten kan transformeren. Mijn benadering van verkooptraining is praktisch, effectief en gebaseerd op lessen uit het echte leven: ik help anderen deals te sluiten, hun bedrijf te laten groeien en succes te behalen.

Spreken

Spreken gaat over meer dan alleen woorden: het gaat over impact, verbinding en authenticiteit. Mijn reis heeft mij geleerd dat krachtige verhalen en ervaringen uit het echte leven anderen kunnen inspireren en motiveren. Of het nu op het podium is of in een kleine kamer, ik geloof in doelgericht spreken, het delen van lessen uit mijn worstelingen en het in staat stellen van mensen om actie te ondernemen. Echte invloed komt voort uit eerlijkheid, passie en het vermogen om persoonlijke uitdagingen om te zetten in lessen waar anderen van kunnen leren.

Workshops

Workshops gaan over leren, groei en toepassing in de echte wereld. Ik geloof in praktijkgerichte training die mensen in staat stelt actie te ondernemen. Mijn workshops zijn gebaseerd op echte ervaringen, niet alleen op theorie, en helpen individuen en bedrijven vaardigheden te ontwikkelen op het gebied van ondernemerschap, verkoop en persoonlijke groei. Door mijn reis en lessen te delen, creëer ik een omgeving waarin mensen kunnen leren, vragen kunnen stellen en met het vertrouwen kunnen vertrekken om toe te passen wat ze hebben geleerd.

Mindset in entrepreneurship is one of the most important factors for success. Many entrepreneurs believe their product or service is the key to winning, but in the end, it’s your mindset that determines whether your business grows or gets stuck. You can have the best product or the strongest service, but without the right mindset, you won’t get far. Entrepreneurship means constantly learning, adapting, and pushing through, even when things get tough. The way you handle challenges, risks, and uncertainty has a direct impact on your growth and success.

An entrepreneur with a strong mindset doesn’t see obstacles as problems, but as opportunities to improve. Where others give up, successful entrepreneurs look for solutions and keep going. The difference between growth and stagnation often doesn’t lie in the circumstances, but in how you respond to them.
